There are unfortunately quite a few modified core files in that one. The basic installation is to rename all of the YOUR_TEMPLATE directories with the name of your template, then upload all files, overwriting the stock files. Then, when you go to the Subscription Manager (under Customers), it will prompt you to install it which creates the necessary database tables. All in all, it is pretty simple.
