Sending email from form.

Hi all,

I am going to list a large number of dresses, that will all be custom made according to the customers size, in addition to standard size and fabric/colour.

If I set attributes for all of the measurements and details I need, it would be too confusing for most customers to make a choice.'

Therefore I would like to leave the standard attributes, such as standard size/colour etc, and include a button for "Custom".

This buton than produces a form that the customer fill out, and on "send" both the customer and the store will receive a copy.

My question is this: How do I generate a standard ZenCart email response from a form built in (say html - or flash) and get the POST command to send email to both customer and Zencart?
