I have a grid of featured products on my main page. however, it is in a 3 by 3 grid. I would like to keep the 3 across but only have 2 rows...i can only find the config to get rid of the columns not the rows....

Did you try changing the maximum from 9 to 6?

umm ... the maximum value for the Featured products is under the Maximum Values ...
