Title Bar Info Question

Hi, I'm using the MAP module, but the price is showing up in the "title bar" (i don't know what that thing's actually called :) . How do I make it so the price isn't up there. Somewhere in the english.php maybe?

Try this..

Go to Admin>Catalog>Categories/Products and select the product you wish to disable the price. Then click on meta tags defined button located on the most right of the page. Change the setting to your desire..

sweet thanks, it worked. any way to do this on a mass scale though. i.e. I already have a few products up....

actually i just disable the price title from my single product a few minutes before i posted the reply. and im not sure if it can be done to all products at once as i also have a lots of products. but just keep looking..maybe it's there somewhere or somebody else would come up with the answer.

Price is one of the few switches where there is a global ON/OFF for the meta tags ...

Configuration ... Product Info ...

Meta Tags - Include Product Price in Title
Do you want to include the Product Price in the Meta Tag Title?

0= off 1= on

NOTE: the Custom meta tag setting per product will override this global setting for Products ...

I'm running 3.1.6 and have set the above to 0 but the setting is still at SHOW PRICE when I go to define meta tags - do I need to change anything else please?

The setting is for when the meta tags are globally made ...

When you make specific per Product meta tags there is a separate switch for each Product to set off ...

So.... even though I have set the global setting at 0 for NO don't show prices, the setting stays at YES in the product meta tag screen and I have to change it to NO when I input product meta tags?
