Has you hosting company made any changes/upgrades lately?

PHP Version = 5.2.6
ZenCart = 1.3.7

And (ofcourse) the hosting company said they did not change anything....

What exactly is happening - (i.e. can people submit testimonials?)

Actually everything seems to work fine (from a customer perspective). Customers can enter testimonials and submit them. But in our admin nothing happens, i.e. no testimonials arrive in the admin in order to approve them....

Try this fix and see if it corrects the problem

Just unzip the file and upload the entire includes folder to your server.

I have uploaded the fix and tested it. Still the same issue: no warnings or errors when entering the testimonial, but nothing shows up in the admin.
