I see this problem - can someone tell me how to fix?

run this sql statement from admin -> tools -> install sql patches

ALTER TABLE `testimonials_manager` ADD `last_update` datetime NOT NULL default '0000-00-00 00:00:00 AFTER `testimonials_html_text `;
