In the testimonial page I noticed there were dashes right after name and state/country.

Testimonial By: Miles ― , NY ―

How to remove those dashes? Thanks.

Thank you Clyde, It's working now. How do I find the dash in the php file? I want to change it from ( — ) to comma ( , ) or to the word ( from ).

Instead of Testimonial By: miles — NY
I want to change it to Testimonial By: miles, NY or miles from NY

Is there any way to turn off the display of the Authors name in the testimonials?
Our work involves a lot of repeat orders, and as one of our competitors has started to trawl our site on a regular basis, there could be a potential for them to harvest customer names.
I know I could edit the individual testimonials to just have initials, but was just wondering if this could be toggled on/off.
