remove cash on delivery for other countries - zones

I would like to remove payment module "cash on delivery" if the order is outside of my country (zone). How can I do this?

You would create a Zone for your country, and add it to the COD module so that it will only show for that country ...

When I add my country in Zones, and I login as international customer, cash on delivery was not there. But when I login as Greek customer, cas on delivery was not there. I want this option for my country customers. What I did wrong?

I would like to have 2 zones only. Greece and International. In Zones at this time I have 128 zones (default for zen cart). I add Greece there. Can I delete other zones, without to destroy my shipping settings?

I have set up my shipping on base on Zone rates. I have there 2 zones, Greece and International, where I add all other countries?

I solve my problem. I had Greece as zone, but without zones. When I edit Greece - All Zones, it start to work. Now if I login as customer from Germany cash on delivery is out, If I login as Greek customer I have the option cas on delivery.
