Changing Header and Footer

First off, this is the website currently--> LINK

what i want is to make it so that top green bar (with home, log in, and the search bar) to be under the header image.

second, i want to get rid of that search bar inside that green bar, sense i already have one on the page, theres no need for two.

finally, i want to completely get rid of the bottom green bar (green bar and the home link) that is above the copyrights

how would i do this?

Turn off the Search bar in the header by going to the Tools ... Layout Boxes Controller and turning off the search_header sidebox in both the Left/Right and Single column ...

already figured it all out, thanks though.

now i just need to figure out how to add that background in my sideboxes
