I have a new e/mails address, i am getting the copy of the order e/mailed to me from zen cart but NOT the e/mail with the customers credit card info< how do i correct this?

i have a new e/mail address and think this might be part of the problem.
i still get a copy of the customer order via e/mail BUT
i no longer get the following e/mail with the customers credit card info
can anyone help me?

I have a similar question. However, my email has not changed and it only occurred today on one customer's offline credit card transaction. Two previous orders went through normally, but on this one, the order confirmation and middle digit cc info never came through my email. I called the customer and got his info by phone. His order is in my admin account as pending, but I can't figure out why it didn't come thru to my email. The customer said he completed checkout and got an email about his order going through.
Is there anywhere/anything I can check on to see that it doesn't happen again?

Added info: another order was placed by credit card that also did not show up in my email. However, I did a test order tonight that did go through. In my personal email I received a confirmation of my (fake) order, plus received the middle cc numbers needed to manually process the transaction. So... I'm wondering what is different about the two previous orders... those order numbers are missing from my email confirmations.
I would appreciate any help !!
Have you considered spam filtering a possibility?

Thanks- I'll check in to that. Am trying to figure out how to log into that account on my email server ... as it is named differently from my other email accounts. But I will call on it tomorrow!
My original problem is showing up again. My last four sales have not shown up in my email-- three were credit card transactions that I have no middle cc numbers for. I just did a test sale myself and nothing came through on it either. I haven't done anything to my site since the last transaction went through normally other than add my fax number to the store info. I have checked my spam mail and nothing is there.

Thanks to anyone who can shed some light on this!! I'm embarrassed to have to call my customers for the credit card info they "securely" entered... :o)
When this same issue happened to my sites last January, the problem was my hosting setup and the MX record. Try there.
