ssl comodo

we use a comodo ssl cert on our web site, it all worked great till we upgraded to Zen Cart 1.3.6
i have noticed when checking the scripts that we had to place inorder for comodo to function went into to files
that don't seem to exsist in this new version of zen
these were the instructions when we set it up in the previouse zen but i was wondering if it was all lost due to not having an override template, we always use classic
the trust logo header(the first part of the code) goes in include/templates/YOUR TEMPLATE/commom/html-header.php hust above the </head> (located at the very bottom.

the second part goes in includes/templates/YOUR TEMPLATE/common/tpl_main_page.php just above the </body>. (located at the bottom.) make sure you image path is correct. ex. /images.secure_site.gif or /catalog/images.secure.site.gif
