I have two tax rates, one for New York City and one for Maryland. I want it to tax based on where it is being shipped. So if the shipping address is Maryland, it should charge Maryland tax, if it new york it should do new york tax. But when I do a test check out it is combining the two tax rates and charging too much. Not sure why it is adding the two tax rates together?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
