Help Desk Needed

Hi Everyone,

I read through some of the posts and found that HCL is a module for helpdesk on zencart, but was unable to locate the mod and the installation instructions. Can anyone please guide me with the module's link.

No, they do not

It would be OFF THE CHARTS if some helpdesk app could utilize zen user/pass.....wow!

The prob with the Auracle system is that I believe you need php5 to run it:

Unless you are selling something like softwares, pls remember that most ppl refer an email form rather than a helpdesk where they have to login. That said, you can still use helpdesk softwares yet keep it invisible from the users:

You will still use contact form, but once the email reach your server, the helpdesk software will pick it up and assign a support_id for that, your customer support reps can now easily keep track of each case and collaborate etc....
