Using Icons

Hi Guys

Could you tell me please how I might edit this site:

so that the row of links just below the header goes away and I am left with a row of icons instead?

You would have to hard code the image replacements and this obviates the dynamic function of changing this if and when you add or delete a category.

this hard code would be in the tpl_header.php file most likely

It looks as if you hard-coded the icons already, as they are not part of the categories-tabs display. If this is so, it's trivial to put in the unique icon you want for each category... on re-reading, it appears you don't want different icons.

Then you simply need to turn off the categories-tabs display, in admin > Configuration > Layout Settings > Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF.

As long as you are not frequently changing your categories, this will be fine.
I would suggest making your icon text font bigger, as it is the only thing telling the viewer what is inside.

Hi

The site is starting to come together. However, I would like to remove the description from the list of products and have the full description displayed when you click on a product. Is that possible please?

Thanks that showed me exactly where to look. I was looking for some
thing to turn off and missed the number of words feature.

Final question. Is it possible to create two admin accounts please?
