To date I have always had problems with the password retrieval system and the newletters actually...the newsletters I think the issue is just trying to send too many (500+) and so it just doesnt want to send them as if I send one to myself it works fine....but the password issue hasn't cleared up not even once I upgraded to the newest version 1.3.7

The issue is that if a customer can't remember their password ...when they go to reset it it doesn't send them anything :O( I tested it on a dumby account to see if I had the same issue and I do..it doesnt send me the e-mail and I dont have any filtering for spam etc so I dont believe that is the issue.

I did DL the Master Password module thingy and could then over-ride and get into their accounts but it wont let me give them a new password sadly once I am in the account as it wants their actual account password to do that and won't take my over-ride one.

To date I have had to just write down everything that person has bought in their account ...delete it...make them setup a new one and then give them a credit to re-purchase their purchases (as all my site has is downloads that they may need access to later)

Does anyone know a solution to this issue as I am at a loss really as to what the problem might be :O(
