I have implemented the Referrals module and it works well for NEW customers. However, when a returning customer visits the shop they are not prompted to indicate where they were referred from again. Is there anyway to implement this module so that every customer who places an order has to indicate where they were referred from?

You may be thinking - you already know where they came from, why do they need to enter it again? The answer is that my client's store offers commissions based on referrals and they would like to be able to track where every order is coming from, including returning customers.
