Also have you peeked in the Customers ... Linkpoint CC Review ... often times you can spot errors that are actually user input errors vs issues with the transaction ...

When you have cards that won't go through, it is helpful if you post the first 6 digits of the CC number and the number of digits. This information helps us check against the validator logic to determine whether it's Zen Cart who is tripping the failure or the payment gateway.
What is your LinkPoint console saying about those transactions, if anything ? (If they are approved by Zen Cart but denied by the gateway, then you'll see the reason in your gateway console.
The Linkpoint Credit Card Review tool that Ajeh mentioned should also tell you about failures reported by the gateway.

My information for AmEx and discover have been updated.. Actually waiting for the Discover stuff to be done on Linkpoints end, which is probably ready now, come to think of it.. Anyhow, the credit card information was done over the phone as well and I did it twice.. I did it once in Zen and then I tried it also in Linkpoint on their site.. It was defnitely Linkpoint who was rejecting it, saying it was invalid.. I was just curious if any of you had any problems like this.. I have noticed that with my bank issued debit/visa card that some places have trouble taking it such as the Subway by my house and a few others, even if I know I have plenty of money in my account and I havent used it too much.. Perhaps its the card itself..
some places like some restaurants and gas stations do not take them as some debit cards can NOT be pre authorized
