Ok... I have been trying to figure out how to setup Taxes in Ohio...
The law in OH states that you charge the Tax for the county the product is shipped too.
That's a lot of entries...
After looking at a post that a user did on a site in NY, I decided to create a zone for each county in OH. I used Excel to create it and copied most of the information off of an Ohio government site...
So after looking at some tables in the database I figured out what I needed to do to import the information.
I set everything up and started importing...
Everything looked great..
Only one problem...
Under "Zone Definitions" all the status buttons are red for the items I imported. Four are green, but those are the ones I entered in manually...
When I goto tax rates I see all the taxes...
When I click on the folder for a county that is green I see another folder...
But when I click on a folder for a county that is red it is empty...
Their must be an zone id or some other id that I am not figuring out...
Any help is appreciated...
