Oops -Deleted 'email_extras.php' by mistake???

Oops - Deleted 'email_extras.php' by mistake, know was read only, don't know how I lost it, know can't put a copy up, saying I don't have permission, any help anyone?

This is the ftp error, might be a permissions thing, not sure?

552 -Requested file action aborted. Exceeded storage allocation (for current directory or dataset).
