Sorry -- Admin->Modules->Payment->PayPal Express Checkout --> Edit --> scroll to bottom of list, and choose "Log to File" as your debug option, instead of "Off".
Then do some test transactions, and log files will be created.
You can choose Log and Email, but you'll get a *lot* of separate email messages ... and not in sequential order

after installing the patch files listed above , it now works , thx for the help
Yea for some reason the paypal was working but now im getting this error
10002 Authentication/Authorization Failed - Username/Password is incorrect
I have also installed the new patches for paypal. but for some reason im getting that error and cannot fix it. I have also tried deleting the account and making a new one.
