Zen-Cart URL Question

We had someone post a link to our store on a forum. The problem is they used the URL including the Zen ID. We have subsequently gotten a bunch of hits and several people have been looking around quite a bit.

Question: Am I going to run into issues if two separate people are using the same Zen ID? Will Zen cart create a different ID if a separate request comes in from a different IP?

What version Zen Cart?

Do you have Recreate sessions on?

Does Zen Cart work for you with this setting on? As in can you go from guest to add to cart to create account to checkout to checkout_success to account history to admin etc.
