Space below header

Does anyone know what the space below the header and above the content section is called? It has all the links that are located in the nav bar and I would like to remove it so my header butts up against the content section, but I cannot find out how because I don't know what it is called.

I found what I was looking for after commenting out everything I could think of in tpl_header.php until I acheived the effect I was after. Look for this comment:
 and it is right under it.

If you mean EZPages :: Privacy Notice :: Shared :: Zen Cart, I've found that you can remove it in Configuration/EZ Pages Settings/ EZ-Pages Display Status - HeaderBar. I think it can be useful (still familiarising myself with Zen Cart), just needs some styling.
