Error when I try to save text

I get an error when I try to change the terms of service or the shipping text or any of that. I tried using the text edit AND the HTML editor.

Exactly what files need to be CHMOD 777, I know my webhost is growing tired of my requests for assistance. (It would be nice if they'd trust me to do that stuff myself LOL)

BTW, Is it just best to run the entire app in cgi-bin? Ir does it really matter?
