how do i change the wording in the nav from eg "page 2" to "competitions"

admin > tools > developers tools > bottom box enter page2 or other text that you want to look for > all catalog files in the dropdown > search > a list of files where this is will be presented.

Look fr a "defines", and most of these are in english.php, change what is betewwn the single quotes save and upload
