I'm wondering if I change my admin folder name now, will that create problems?

Database backup question - my host offers phpmychat in cpanel - is this different to phpmyadmin?
where can I get phpmyadmin?

No. Just be sure to update admin/includes/configure.php with the new path so that
*you* can still get in.

Yes they're different. The former is a chat app; the latter is for database management.
Look for a button that says something like "MySQL" or "Databases." Look
around there.
