What options were you looking for in the admin?

Since you're new to ZC, your best bet is to install ZC somewhere and play with it. Once you get the hang of it, you'll be able to update easily.

Options like removing the Greeting, for example. Making changes from the /admin is alot easier than I'm thinking editing the template will be. At the moment, I'm totally overwhelmed by it all, to be honest.

I know it seems a bit intimidating at the moment, but there is a method to the madness and having mulitple language capability is accomplished through the file based language defines at this time. Have a peek at the tutorials and FAQs, it will help.

Take a deep breath, Brad. It's not nearly as complicated as it seems. I know you feel at the moment. We've all been there. That's why I suggested you install a test version for yourself to play with. You'll find editing locally with a text editor beats doing stuff through the admin hands down. As Kim pointed out, there's plenty of info in the FAQ and tutorials.
