Fedex Module - no rates returned

I'm trying to add the final touches to a site that my client had put on hold for about 6 months. We mainly just needed to finish the FedEx Mod to go live. He only wants to use FedEx Express because he is offering free ground shipping for all orders.

I was having trouble with the Meter ID, so my client contacted FedEx to ask what to put. When I put in the number FedEx gave him, I get "no rates returned" on the checkout page. I'm using Zen 1.2.7, and I think I have the correct FedEx mod to go with that. Here are my other settings:

I'm not using zones, and the module is enabled.

Also, I noticed in the forum that the new module does not use images and therefore does not require FedEx approval. Can I remove the images and skip the approval process as well?

just got off the phone with FedEx technical support - this is due to the scheduled maintenance planned for this weekend. You probably will not be able to pull rates off FedEx.com either (I cant at this time) until Monday

So, should I remove the FedEx images, or send the screen shot to them for approval?

i'm getting this same error today but just on my fedex ground module the express is still working great go figure
