I have set up a site that fabricates and sells performance mufflers. These mufflers weigh anywhere from 40-lbs to 65-lbs so we only ship only UPS and only within the 48 states.

I am having a heck of a time configuring shipping the module as a whole. I have no idea as to what I am doing.

Example; I made up a test product weighing 1 pound. I live in the same zone as the store, (probably zone 1) but when I did the checkout, the cost to ship the item was $28.80. This was using UPS ground. I know that this is extreamly high. I did not add any S&H to the shipping. Is there anyone out there that can help me?
