Payment different for a group of customer

Is there any way to permit to a group of customer (Institutions for exemple) to have an option for payment that it is not available to the others groups ?.

I want the possibility for the Institutions to be invoiced but I don'Mt want to offer this opportunity to the rest of the customer. Ideally, the option to be invoiced mus not appear in the cheching out of the normal customer.

Look at the invoice contribution ... it does this very thing.
