I have transfered several accounts to a new hosting company. Everything works great except for previous customers cant use their password to log in and have to use the forgot password tool. My old hosting company and new hosting company both use cpanel. Anyone have any ideas on this? All data appears to have transferred

How was all this transferred to the new host?
A Full Site backup in cPanel?

Yes a complete or full back up in cpanel moved to another cpanel.
