admin login error

hi.
i have a problem. when i wanna login to the admin panel i get this error.

Fatal error: Call to a member function Execute() on a non-object in /home/rotekopp/public_html/jameashop/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 61

and i get the same error when someone try to login to the store to. they get this error

This is a bug in php 5.2.0 ...

Upgrading to v1.3.7 does have a work around for this php bug built in ...

There is a temp fix that you can do, but with security issues, bug fixes, additional features etc. it would be best to upgrade ...

okei i will try and upgrade. but how will that work on the theme i have instaled?

I don't know ... I'd recommend upgrading to a test directory and use a test database and see what happens before doing the Live Site ...

the issue was in my sql database not good at all so i have to uninstall and install again. it's one good ting that i have the most off it on backup so it aint that much work to do. it just take some time but thanks for the help so far
