have set up cart so that I can send html emails to customers but when I try to insert an image (say of a new product) I get the following message
Invalid base directory: /home/vhost/website.co.uk/html/images
Obviously done something wrong - any help (in most basic of language please!) would be appreciated.

Not quite sure that I understand this, but I think that your image path is incorrect. Can you give an example of the image path you are inserting into your html?
