currently i have an index page that users land on when they come to my site. how do i have them automatically end up at my store? do i have to point the domain to /store ?

I would just move the files into the root. and make a quick change to the configure.php files

thanks for trying to help but i am a layman and do not understand most of what you said. I believe all the files are already in the root, however i dont know what to change the configure.php files to even if i knew which ones i were to change. could you provide more information please?
