Default Call to undefined function curl_init()

I'm trying to use the PayPal Express Checkout and I get following error
Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in ......\zen\includes\modules\payment\paypal\paypal_curl.php on line 333
Did anyone ran into same issue? I have tried with the SandBox and Live environment already.
    Thank You, Petra

Does your server have cURL compiled?

PayPal Express Checkout does require CURL to be compiled into PHP on your server.

Oh ok, but when I try to test it on my PC at home before I put it on the web hosting server I will still need to do something. I'm using Apache for testin on my PC.
