ok, i have managed to get my logo on the banner, and changed some of the background colour, but there is two little boxes in the top right that i cant find to change can any one help me please

Are you talking about the white and light blue stripes under "Welcome to Fluidz"? Try removing header_bg.jpg, but I can't think if where that's stored off the top of my head.
