SQL Patch Error

I upgraded from 1.3.5 to 1.3.7 and everything seemed to go right except now I get this SQL patch thing. Anyone know what might have happened?

Exactly what did you do to upgrade?

I upgraded from the fantastico link with my web host

yikes... might want to do a search for fantastico upgrade ... please note; that is not the recommended way to upgrade.

I did, it said that i could download the full program and do a manual install of the zc_install files, something like that. I wasn't sure if there was an easier way. I have an ftp program but using this on a mod got me into all this trouble.

I uploaded the zc_install folder and then ran the up grade, something must have worked cause i don't have the patch error anymore and where it says to upgrade, it says I have the current install in.
