Default Error message in log file

I was reviewing error logs on the server and this one keeps repeating and I am not sure what it means. I am using version 1.3.7:

[24-Jan-2007 20:36:52] PHP Warning: Zend Optimizer for PHP 4.4.x cannot be found (expected at '/usr/local/Zend/lib/Optimizer-2_6_2/php-4.4.x/ZendOptimizer.so') - try reinstalling the Zend Optimizer in Unknown on line 0

Is there something that actually needs to be installed/reinstalled?

Yes there is, Zend.

This is a problem that your Hoster needs to solve. Best to pass on the information to them and see what they say.

Just a note .... that warning isn't coming from Zen Cart.

Zend Optimizer is a performance-enhancing tool for PHP on the webserver.
Zen Cart does not require Zend Optimizer for any of its normal activities.
However, if it's present, it will benefit from the performance gains offered by a properly-tuned install of Zend Optimizer.

"we have zend 3.0.1 and 3.2.0 installed on that box your script is looking for an older version 2.6.2"

Is there an update that i can install or should i just ignore the error?

I have no idea.

You'll have to find out from whoever wrote the non-Zen Cart software that's using the Zend Optimizer functions.

Again, this is not being caused by anything built-in to Zen Cart's default install. It's something else you have on your site.
