Two Flat Rates?

I would like to have a flat rate for international and a flat rate for National sales. Not per item but a general flat rate.

I tried to copy the flat.php shipping module and edit both files and create flatworld and use the original flat rate for national sales. But for some reason the module is not working and will not use the "Not US" zone def that I have created. Now I know for a fact that the zone definitions are set up correctly so I must be doing something wrong with the module.

Hi 3dsurfer.

Just download this module, upload it to your zencart directory (no overrides, all new files) and goto your admin -> Modules -> Shipping, install the module and define the rates.

This may sound stupid but how do I define an area? I have two zones already set up but not defined by a number.

I have a US zone and a World zone. Do I assign them numbers for area identity?

You must define the area name first, then the price seperated by a colon, and areas seperated by a comma. (change the number to your zone name) Example World Zone:50.00, US Zone:20.00, etc...

I am just getting down and dirty with my research and was looking for a tip or hint.... i am trying to have one rate for all orders under 100$ and a different rate for all orders over $100. i would also like one rate for all international. could anyone direct me to a solution or a means to an end? :) thanks!
