Where is the change log?

I have seen mention of a change log. It is not included in my download and I am unable to search for it.

Could someone point me in the right direction.

they are in the DOCS folder of your distro

Oh, my. I expected them to be outside the catalog and not inside it. I would have never thought of looking there.
