Missing "Change Address" Button

What I did is listed in this thread.
I take it that you have made a change to the /includes/modules/pages/checkout_shipping/header_php.php file.
Use WinMerge to compare a copy of the original file.
Be sure to use the your custom template override folder.

thanks for replied .. but didn't make any changes of /includes/modules/pages/checkout_shipping/header_php.php file maybe i need to make change on the template file itself ?

Install any add-ons/Mods?
If so then you need to check to see if you added a newer checkout_shipping/header_php.php file when installing a addon/mod.
Do you have a link to the problem page?

In the Configuration ... Customer Details ... how many Addresses are your customers allowed to have?

If set to 1 ... they cannot change an address as they may not create another one ...

well..... they hav few add cos sometime they might ship as a gift for other ppl as well ...

In your Zen Cart Admin ... in the Configuration ... Maximum Values ... how many have *you* setup for:

Address Book Entries
Maximum address book entries a customer is allowed to have

What happens if you switch to Classic Template?
