Checkout Process is looping

I have applied a 3rd party template and my checkout process is now looping.

Using version 1.3.7

Checkout Process :
stage 1 - ok
stage 2 - press on confirm button and it re-displays stage 2

where are the settings for this functionality so I can repair it?

Try switching to the classic template and see if it loops...if it does not then it is a template issue and you would have to either look at the files that this template uses or contact them for a solution
