    Hiya

Is it possible to add a prefix to the Invoice Number, say:

Will the prefix be that same always?

Kim is asking whether you only want to display the "prefix" in the admin when printing invoices for customers. I'm guessing you'll end up answering "no" to that question.

If you feel that it's necessary to have a prefix on your order numbers, you will have to manually inject a prefix in several places in the code.

This post shows the concept, although it is an old entry and you will need to adapt it for the newer version of Zen Cart. You will not be able to reply to that post, since it is locked in the archives.
