Help w/ csv sql just a big small question

Ok i m very new to the sql. and im not sure how my excel.cvs file should look when i makeing it. Okay and i dont understand the line and # thing. Is there any way you can send me a sample or a pre bulit one for loading product/catagories/ and images. via csv/sql. I do see in the emport file stuff like product ID Image Id catagory 1,1 How do i set this and what am i looking for in this import file. If At all possisible Do you have one already made up i can use as a starting tool to help me learn this thing. I would love it if you did.
