Zones module with different services

I am using the zones module to configure my domestic and international shipping.

The United States is all by itself in Zone 1. Is it possible to add Media Mail rates only for Zone 1, allowing the customer to choose between that and Priority Mail?

I only offer one method of shipping for international orders, so it wouldn't be necessary for these customers.

While I'm on the subject of zones, on the page where a shipping method is selected, there is a box titled Zone Rates.

In that box, it says "Shipping to ____" where ____ is the country code for whatever country the customer selects. How I can display the full country name and not the abbreviation?

This is pulled from the DB and one would have to recode this to pull a cross referenced full name
