How to remove the 'New Products Listing' altogether

After install, where do I find it?? looks like a tool I need! Looking for email files sent with order as I would like to remove the part that says:
Thanks for shopping with us today!
The following are the details of your order.
on emails going to the store owner.

The reference tool is found under the extras menu.

However, you'd want to search for that under the "Tools", then "Developers Tool Kit", cause its in a language file, not an admin switch. That text anyway is found here:
/includes/languages/english/checkout_process.php

yes I located this file, but cannot find where to alter ONLY for the email to store owner and NOT for the email confirmation to client who made the order.. so I was looking for other files (but none came up with dev tool).

I'm not sure that this is possible, as I think the same email is sent to both? I haven't spent a lot of time with email issues, so I'm not positive.
