Custom Category Listings?

There isn't any possibility of, say, showing 10 products per page in one category and 5 in another category, is there?

Sure ... just customize the code to manage that feature ...

Why would you want one to be set to 10 and another to 5?

The products in most of our categories have nice pictures to show, so we're actually showing only 9 per page (3x3 grid). Some categories don't really need nice pictures, and we'd like to show more per page (3x5 grid, perhaps?).
