In theory we are about done, but we can't take it live till we resolve the issue. I did not actually do the setup a programmer that works for me did. So you are saying the way the site was customized was done the incorrect way?

I am saying it "appears" customized incorrectly based on the view source ...
I do not know if this is the case or not ...
Currently it looks like everything is running from the default files ... and not via any template and override directories ...
This would mean any customizations are also running from the default files as in the core code has been changed ...
If that is the case ... it is very hard to view the site and see the issues vs look at the site via FTP or something like Beyond Compare from scootersoftware.com to see where exactly there is a problem ...
Most blank pages are caused by file permission issues or php errors or bad, missing or otherwise corrupt files ...
Usually there is an error message ... sometimes there is just the blank white page when this happens ...
I am not sure what to really tell you to try here ... I had hoped switching to Classic would identify this was a template issue, but I did not realize that your site doesn't even appear to be using the custom template and override directories so we cannot really use that test to eliminate this issue ...

I think i'm having exactly the same problem.
I'm currently using cherry_zen template, and all is fine throughout the checkout process. However, i'm looking to move over to tvzen_jellyfish.
When testing a purchase, i get a blank screen where the 'checkout_confirmation' screen should appear, allowing me to then click through to my payment provider.
I have been testing this template on my old shop: www.sunplastics.info/shop and it all works fine.
However, when i test on my new shop, (www.sunplastics.co.uk/shop) i get the blank screen.
Any help much appreciated!

I'm trying the debug tool as we speak - but it's not working, and nothing is being logged!
I've set all file attributes to writeable - is there anything i'm missing?
You are having email issues and need to correct this:
Email Error: Could not execute: /usr/sbin/sendmail
Also, your images are monsters ... these need to be reduced in physical size and should be from 1k - 10k if possible ...

Hi Ajeh,
That's in my old shop right? (.info) It's OK - i've let it go to rack and ruin - and i now only use it to test templates etc.
The issue i'm having is with .co.uk shop.
