product list insert - technical help please

i have a whole bunch of cds to add to a category but rather than add them 1 at a time, i would like to import them from a text list. They are all phobia cds, basically i want to have a checkbox or radio button next to each phobia (or have them all in a dropdown menu, or several dropdown menus ie. a-f in one dropdown g-kin another, etc.)and a single add to cart button at the bottom of the page. then when the customer checks off a phobia (or multiple ones) then clicks add to cart, it will add them all. they are all the same price. How can I do this with zencart? the list of phobias is quite long, so doing them one at a time is a daunting task, and one which would take weeks if not months. any clues at all to point me in the right direction would be very helpful.
