Probably a stupid question but how do i back up database?

I've got a message saying files need to be cleared in admin. It says I need to back up database first. How do i do that?

easiest way is to add the db backup module, this is found in the downloads section onder admin

NOTE: I would also do a Backup of before and after that way the After backup does not have all of that extra data in it from the Admin log that you are cleaning out ...
