customer and orders layout

in admin/customers and admin/orders, can anyone tell me how to change the layout?

e.g. have customers address show instead of company

specifically, i would like to see address, email and phone number displayed on main page cos these are the things i check to authorise them and it's very slow having to 'open up' each customer to see what these are...

the other thing was how can i get i to display more than 20 records?

Maximum Display of Customers on Customers Page
Maximum Display of Orders on Orders Page
Maximum Display of Products on Reports
Maximum Categories Products Display List
